Good

Nice view from the balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful. They have issues about the breakfast time although they were trying their best even I ask them twice to don't bring it because I had to leave early in the morning.

10+ minutes from public transportation. The mattress was hard. The swimming pool out of duty. The breakfast due to COVID was served in the room and the time wasn't standard, one day I skipped it because it was late 25 minutes and I had to leave to go for a tour.

Reception and staff were really nice and sweet! My room was recently renovated and really good. Lots of space and clean. Location is a bit further from main street or BTS but I knew where I was going so not a problem.

Pool was closed and hotel under renovation. I woke up both mornings around 7 or 8am when someone was drilling close to my room. Also breakfast was closed and I needed to pick up from the list my breakfast plate for both days and also when I would want the plate to my room. Breakfast was really modest and not worth paying so obviously I was disappointed because neither pool closing or kitchen closing was on the description.

Really pleasant room with comfortable bed and fully operational AC :) Still, the best thing about our stay was the lovely host who was always ready to support our requests and answer our questions!

Very Good

Breakfast was good. No problem for the locatikn since the motorcycle drive knew it already. I would like to ask for the improvement or maintenance of the air-conditioner. It suddenly turn off by itself and we're not able to used the remote to turn on/off the AC. Overall, we have a good stay. Thank you

Will not come again, and would not recommend.

The room was clean with nice balcony.

The booking.com picture of the pool area showed nice with 6 sunbeds, tables+chairs (with one under shadow). In reality, there were no tables, no chairs and only 4 sunbeds that were all so broken, so that you could not use them. When complaining this to the reception, they had an explanation that they always get broken because of the sun and said that will be fixed but will take some time. They were not changed during the next two weeks, so could not hardly have any joy of the pool area. Also a bit annoying that even when we had the "do not disturb, no cleaning" sign at the door, the reception kept on calling us almost every day on what ever notifications (like: 1.) "our cleaning want to come to your room this afternoon"; "oh, if not ok, can they do it tomorrow, but at what time"; 2.) "do you want to go to Asiatique, you need to leave the room at 5pm"; 3.) call at 11.30; "you have to leave the room and check-out before 12" - "YES, we know that, just packing our things..."). We had ordered take-away food and enjoyed it in the hotel room. Unfortunately had spilled some curry sauce on the bed. When room cleaning came the next day they had taken like 10 pictures of this and after 3 hours got a phone call from reception saying that we had to come downstairs... When contacting ckin, the photos were shown to us and we were told that we had to pay 1000THB (abt 30eur) because the laundry service had had to use some special products to wash the bed linen. What to say; with that price I would assume you could have purchased 1-2 new ones... After discussions, ended up paying 700THB, strange...

There is reconstruction going on without any information...

There is reconstruction going on without any information during the booking. They awoke me out with sound of drilling machine and hummer. Interned worked only a while after I watched movie on the computer they switched it off. There is plenty of accommodation in Bangkok so I don’t recommend stay here...

For the price, CNR was pretty good value for money.

Room was spacious. Balcony was a good size and the view wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly and helpful where possible.

Very few channels to pick from on the TV. All but one were in Thai. Bathroom lighting was a little poor. Walls seemed a bit thin too as I could hear noise from the other rooms.

Terrible – with so many other hotels on offer in Bangkok no-one should waste money on this one!

View from balcony was ok. Once the cigarette butt and ash from previous occupant were removed from under bathroom sink, the room was quite clean. Air conditioner was good.

Bad neighbourhood. Surly, unhelpful staff (except for one brunette girl on reception who was the only nice one). 2000 THB deposit held (as though we were criminals) – not much good getting this back at the end of your stay when leaving the country. Doorman organised two dishonest taxis -coincidence? (None of the ones we found ourselves were a problem but they did have to be directed to find this out of the way hotel). He then would not even get one for us at all on our departure but kept making excuses. Cigarette butt and ash on floor under sink when we arrived. Twin beds when we requested a double (were promised this would be changed for 2nd and 3rd night but it never happened). Broken shower screen and split hot and cold shower heads (no mixing).

When the taxi driver asked for the location of the hotel.

When the taxi driver asked for the location of the hotel. The front desk guided the taxi driver and also told him that the taxis fare from airport to hotel is THB500. So, the taxi driver charged me THB500. Actually, the fare is only around THB300-350.

Wonderful place to stay in Bangkok city. Value for money!
